How our network works
Fresh Start Hoarding Cleanup connects people with local project managers who run hoarding cleanup, cleanout and cleaning jobs in their area. Each project manager is an independent local business. Your estimate, scope of work and payment terms come from the project manager who serves your home, and the agreement for the work is between you and them.
