What we collect
When you fill out the estimate form or call us, we may collect your name, phone number, email, the ZIP code of the home, what you tell us about the situation, and any photos you choose to send. Like most websites, our site also records basic technical information such as pages visited and browser type, which we use to keep the site working well.
Who sees it
Your request goes to the Fresh Start team and to the local project manager who serves your area, so they can contact you and prepare an estimate. Photos are used only to understand the job. We do not post them, share them with neighbors or use them in advertising without your written permission.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it with anyone outside the people working on your request, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep request details for as long as needed to serve you and keep basic business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask what we have, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by reaching out through our estimate page and telling us what you need. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, and we honor those requests.
